The Sales Integrity Program is designed to educate and inform all participants involved in Thoroughbred auctions. The Sales Integrity Program has instituted several recommendations in the form of an overall code of ethics that all auction participants are encouraged to abide by. Sales agencies, Keeneland and Fasig-Tipton have adopted the recommendations in their entirety and Ocala Breeders' Sales has partially adopted these policies.
It is up to you to check with your sales company to find out if they adhere to the recommended Code of Ethics of the Sales Integrity Program.
